Has anyone recently taken their boat in for warranty work and sailfish not have the parts on hand to fix your boat? Pumps, Lenco switches w/indicator lights?    Also if you are in your access panel to electronics be careful with the harness that plugs into Lenco switch as mine got broke when they were doing warranty work on membrane switch panel................just a word of advice it looks like its real fragile!

Nope. Are you talking about Sailfish or your dealer not having the parts in stock? If SF doesn't have it they will just need to order it from Lenco. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if SF doesn't have the stock on hand since new boat production has all but stopped. They just aren't carrying the inventory levels they would otherwise.  Hey, I just feel lucky they are still in business.

Your dealer should be able to get that Lenco TT switch from the Lenco factory.

If the dealer broke it they are on the hook to replace it. How can it be a warranty issue, it didn't fail to work, it was damaged. Dealer buys you a new switch.

Lencos customer service is top notch. I was doing some work and broke the harness a year ago. All they wanted was the Hull number and one was in my mailbox 2 days later. Didn't even ask for me to send the old one back.

I talked to Earl at Sailfish today and he answered all of my questions. Good conversation and i am very pleased with the outcome. I just felt like i was being jerked around. Earl is top notch as far as i'm concerned. Some of my parts are back ordered that is the hold up. Thanks again for every ones assistance.
